Description:

Working Location: Trois-Rivières • 8800 Blvd Parent, Trois-Rivières, QC, G9A 5E1
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week – 1-2 day remote working.
Vacation: 3 weeks per year or more.
Leave: Up to 5 mobile and 3 sick days.
Start date: Immediately.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to oversee the quality of our products, with a particular focus on software releases and integration with other components such as robotics, welding, and mechanical systems. The QA Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, in line with business and product objectives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a collaborative approach and a strong desire to improve our quality standards
We currently have two roles to fill at our Trois-Rivières office : robotics profile and/or software profile.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product team, cross-functional teams,(robotic software, welding process)and various stakeholders to align quality assurance efforts with business and products;
  • Participate in the product validation testing effort;
  • Integrate into the development team;
  • Create test plans and execute functional, integration and regression tests to identify defects and ensure smooth integration;
  • Track and analyze test results, prioritize problems encountered and promote rapid resolution;
  • Evaluate and improve quality assurance tools, processes and methodologies;
  • Provide recommendations and advice director and members of the development teams to ensure the quality of our products;
  • Ensure our products are aligned with specifications;
  • Participate in the test vision and approval procedures for releases;
  • Participate in establishing testing strategies and tactics;
