We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our dynamic information systems group in our Toronto office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or diploma in a related area of study with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Familiarity with SQL coding is an asset
- Familiarity with Automated Testing is an asset
- In-depth knowledge of the Insurance Industry with an emphasis on Surety and Specialty Insurance solutions is an asset
- Full professional fluency in both French and English is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical skills to help validate product changes through careful testing and systems configuration
- Develop, establish, and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Write and execute test plans and scripts to track defects and fixes in software application development to ensure successful product deployment
- Replicate production issues in a test environment and properly document for further action
- Perform regression testing
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
