  • IT & systems proficiency. Intermediate+ skills with PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a QA & Marketing Assistant to join our team on a permanent part time basis, either 2-3 days per week. This position sits within our Marketing & Communications team and plays a key role in ensuring our proposals and reports meet the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. This role also supports the Marketing Communications Manager in executing marketing campaigns, reporting, and lead management. The position is not location specific, however, we do prefer to be based in one of our state offices in either: Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, and/or Brisbane. We allow for flexible work arrangements and the position title and remuneration will be based on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and provide quality assurance, for proposals as requested by consultants, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and ensure the quality of reports generated by consultants, maintaining high standards of clarity and precision in line with brand standards.
  • Evaluate tenders and distribute relevant opportunities to the appropriate team members, including monitoring the Sales inbox for tender updates. Assist with tender preparation.
  • Input leads and coordinate follow-up activities within the CRM system, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by building outreach email lists, conducting direct email outreach, and assembling mailing lists for events.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project case studies, showcasing successful projects and outcomes.
