Job Description
The Quality Assurance Consultant is involved in the provision of high quality, factually accurate and timely medico-legal reports.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake quality assurance reviews of medico-legal reports in line with quality framework and relevant regulations and legislation
  • Building sustainable relationships, connections and trust with customers and medical experts through open and interactive communication
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prioritisation of workflow
  • Provide feedback and training for medical experts on medico-legal report writing
  • Resolve emerging problems & handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow ups to ensure resolution, customer record interactions and escalation

We are seeking a person who has strong self-motivation, has the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Someone who has strong leadership, follow up, organisation and prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
