Description:
UCN acknowledges that we are on the traditional
territories and homelands of many Indigenous
peoples, in particular the Cree, Dene, Red River
Métis, and Oji-Cree. Indigenous peoples have
continuously maintained homelands in northern
Manitoba since time immemorial. The First
Nations in the area that UCN serves entered into
treaty relationships with the Crown (within our
region these include signatories to treaties 4, 5 -
and the treaty 5 adhesion, and treaty 6 - located
within the treaty 5 adhesion). The territory has
also become home to other Indigenous peoples.

Indigenous peoples to share truth, reconciliation,
and learning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Business or Social Sciences; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with survey research
Experience with Social Science research methods
Experience with Qualtrics platform, including programming questionnaires and creating dashboards
Experience with a statistical package, such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
Knowledge of FIPPA guidelines
Knowledge of survey design and statistical analysis
Knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to work to professional standards, to develop effective working relationships
Commitment to life-long learning
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Institutional Analysis and Planning (IA & P), the Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for developing and
implementing quality monitoring and assurance practices at UCN, including the Academic Division. The Coordinator is responsible for the
design, programing, implementation, and reporting of quality related surveys, including the Student Feedback on Learning Experience
(SFLE). The Coordinator will work closely with other divisions and departments within UCN in gathering and tracking the data for review. The
Coordinator will gather statistical data to improve current practices and assist with the program review process.
