• Drive product development by collaborating closely with the product and development teams to validate requirements through testing and ensure the product aligns with business goals.
• Ensure product quality by developing and executing robust test plans, test cases, and test scripts that align with requirements and specifications.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting rigorous root cause analysis of defects and working collaboratively with the development team to identify and address underlying issues.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in maintaining and improving existing automation frameworks to drive testing excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to drive continuous improvement by developing and enhancing QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
