Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will provide expert support and guidance across the organisation, ensuring that the business functions meet the highest quality standards. You will also serve as the primary quality contact for key customers, ensuring that customer- specific requirements are met while driving continuous improvement. Your focus will be ensuring compliance with both customer and quality management system standards and creating lasting impact for the company and clients. Reporting into the Quality Manager, this role would suit an individual with a proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for driving quality across all areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide quality engineering support across all departments, ensuring processes and products meet company and customer quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality management system requirements, and industry standards.
  • Act as the key quality liaison for customers, ensuring that their requirements are fully understood and met and incorporated into purchase orders.
  • Generate AS9102, or other customer required first article inspection reports.
  • Review and disposition non- conforming or questionable material highlighted by QC inspectors or other personnel.
  • Perform first article inspections in accordance with contractual requirements.
