QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Proficient in JIRA, SAP BW, and Business Intelligence tools
• Strong knowledge with SQL
• Experience in Azure cloud platform
• Familiarity with GCP is a plus
• Preferably experienced with test automation tools and frameworks such as TestLink, Azure DevOps Test Plans, Postman, Selenium, SoapUI etc.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Expertise in performing User Acceptance Testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate testing results and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Create detailed and effective test cases covering various scenarios, edge cases, and user workflows.
• Ensure test cases align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality.
• Conduct regression testing to validate the stability of new features and updates.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation frameworks.
• Log, prioritize, and track defects through their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and user expectations.
• Provide feedback on the quality of deliverables and suggest improvements.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate software performance under different conditions.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
