Quality Assurance Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Comfortable to handle administrative work in HACCP and/or other Food Safety Audits
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
• Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards
• Conduct Food Hygiene Audit checks at production line, restaurants, events etc and ensure any non-compliance are reported to management and resolved swiftly
• Responsible for spot check and inspection of finished goods to comply with specification and customer requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
