The Quality Assurance Analyst will work across the development, client implementation, cloud engineering and service delivery teams to advance our applications through the SDLC path and create a continuous integration environment. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who knows SDLC, AWS, continuous integration and ITIL concepts and tools. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance testing and concepts. The individual will be expected to work well on a development team using iterative development methodologies to maintain the platform’s robust, high-quality deployment process. This position also will oversee releases and track all changes.

  • Able to use Selenium, HP ALM and other industry standard testing tools.
  • Maintain a list of changes and the test cases for them.
  • Work with team members to fine-tune testing to ensure all aspects are tested.
  • Collaborate with the development, service delivery and DevOps teams in the build engineering process. Share and promote best practices across the teams.
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews from environment management perspective.
  • Support and coordinate creation of application implementation plans and run books for active applications.
  • Communicate release details and schedules to the client services team for the purpose of communicating to clients.
  • Negotiate, plan and manage all related release activities in the program.
  • Maintains the release schedule for all deliverables and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
  • Must be able to work US Eastern Time Zone hours.
