WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:

• This position reports to the Plant Quality Leader and is responsible to support the East York bakery. The Quality Assurance lead – Laboratory is responsible of the food safety and quality programs that ensure compliance of raw and packaging materials, the pathogen environmental monitoring and water programs, as well as testing controls, calibration, CoA verification and finished product testing.
• The QA Lab Leader manages a team of Quality Technicians that support the different programs enlisted above.
• The position also supports the change management process for formulation recipes and the traceability program, Sensory program and Kosher management.
• This position owns the Standard Work Process of Supplier Quality that is part of the QM pillar.
