Quality Assurance Manager

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Kier Places, Residential Solutions Team based in West London.
Location: West London - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 3 days a week
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll be working within the Kier Places, Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in meeting and supporting the quality requirements on a new project win.

Your day to day will include:

• To advise and support the business on ISO9001 requirements.
• Manage internal and external audits and provide support with any actions arising including reporting at a project and business unit level.
• Support the development of policies, processes and procedures relating to quality assurance.
• Identify trends in non-conformance and observation data and develop strategy to address any issues arising.

This role of Quality Assurance Manager is great for you if:

• Experienced in the control and maintenance of records.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards particularly 9001 for Quality Management Systems
• Experience working in a construction environment is desirable.
• Ability to be able to research, interpret and report on quality data and findings.
• Ability to upskill others in areas of processes and standards
