Description:

FalCom continue growing meaning that we are looking for a new QA Manager to continue ensuring we meet and fulfill customer and regulatory requirements.
The team you will be a part of is a small, but mighty team appreciating close collaboration with high level of trust and flexibility. You will report to the Director of Operations Per Grönvall, but your daily work will be with several internal and external stakeholders in the business.
FalCom is built on GN’s foundation as a global leader in intelligent audio solutions with headquarters in Ballerup. We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments – all while providing world-class hearing protection.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be exposed to many different projects and tasks as FalCom is on a journey of growth and our systems and routines must continuously be adapted to new needs and requirements.

What will you be doing?

  • Mapping and documenting existing processes in a more process-oriented way
  • Training and education of employees in policies and procedures
  • Continuous implementation of compliance with regulatory and new customer requirements
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams within FalCom as well as GN
  • Continuous improvements of systems and processes
  • You will be located at GN HQ in Ballerup

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • have a relevant educational background
  • in-depth understanding QMS principles including ISO9001
  • knowledge of NATO AQAP or similar is preferred
  • understanding of regulatory requirements and their practical implementation
  • experience of methodologies as TQM, Lean and Six Sigma
  • hands on experience within change management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience with training
  • consider yourself as a structured and well-organized person
  • are analytical and thrive with problem solving tasks
