We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Manager who wants to work in an environment that provides learning opportunities to help them grow and develop their career in the SaaS software industry.
In this role you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of software testing within the company, including managing the QA team, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

YOU WILL DO THIS BY:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality of all software products.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE CANDIDATES WILL:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing QA teams and projects.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong background in testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Burp suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
