Your role:
As Quality Assurance Head, you are responsible for the QA oversight on production activities, QC activities and supply activities, ensuring the release of the raw materials before production and the release of the monoclonal antibodies (mAbi) for clinical trials, in accordance with program timelines.
The site being in a start-up phase, your role is also to roll out a quality culture on site, educating people, fostering collaboration and innovation and driving continuous improvement.
Your main stakeholders are operational teams (production, QC, supply) but also Clinical Program teams and Product Quality Lead, working in a matrix environment.
Manager of a team of 4 people, you drive the definition and implementation of quality operations processes in a transparent and inclusive way, showing flexibility and agility.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can inspire and drive a culture of quality excellence within our team. This function reports to the Quality Site Head
Who you are:
- Scientific education (master preferred or equivalent profile of experience) in biology, chemistry, engineering or other
- Experienced in Pharmaceutical Industry and biotech processes (5 to 10 y) and in QA with excellent knowledge of cGMP (2-5y)
- Experienced in People management (>3y)
- Fluent in English and French
- Agile in a fast-changing environment and resilient
- Pragmatic with risk-based approach.
