We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza, Province of Monza and Brianza, Italy.   • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to determine compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Operations Person in charge in evaluating production lots and work environment
  • Verify documentation and other necessary information
  • Investigate GMP-related problems and deviations under the guidance of the Team Leader
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with standards, company procedures, and regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact with customers regarding Quality Assurance aspects of commercial productions
