Are you passionate about ensuring the production of high-quality, safe, and innovative food products? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (QAT) to join our Technical Department at our Fakenham, Norfolk Site. In this shift-based role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining and improving factory standards through our Quality Management System.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a QAT, you’ll:

• Ensure quality and food safety by maintaining accurate records, auditing critical control points, and supporting non-conformance investigations.
• Monitor and review foreign body risks and controls while collaborating with other departments to strengthen our food safety culture.
• Conduct hygiene and GMP audits, assess environmental and health & safety conditions, and suggest improvements.
• Test materials, including raw ingredients and finished products, and verify cleaning through inspections and swabbing.
• Collect, manage, and report data for performance indicators (KPIs) and support new product development trials and launches.
• Be actively involved in quality improvement projects and customer complaint reduction plans.
