Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or must actively pursue and attain a BSN within six years of hire.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years of Clinical experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in change management with internal & external customers including physicians, staff, managers, and directors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in nursing, business, education, hospital administration Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Process improvement training.
