Responsibilities:
- Developing an understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within the Long Tail business, reducing potential negative impacts on the organisation
- Understanding the risks and associated controls in the Long Tail business and supporting the business to monitor performance and adherence to our internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Completing reviews to support the quality management framework, including relevant Business Plans and the Personal Injury claims strategy
- Supporting our Management Team to identify and manage risk issues and incidents within timeframes, escalating when necessary, and supporting the business to assess the effectiveness of management plans.
- Contributing to action plans from internal audits and quality management reviews and supporting the management team in providing feedback on business trends, training gaps, and maintaining high performance with a focus on customer centricity
- Working with our Regulators by participating in self-assessments and providing support to the Regulator during on- or off-site audits. Responding to audit results and provide support to the business where improvement plans may be required.
