3DM Group has been a leader in logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain management for E-Commerce and pharmaceutical companies for over 30 years. We service a multitude of pharma clients in our GMP compliant warehouse in Pointe Claire and are looking for a QA Specialist to head our pharmaceutical division on a permanent, full-time basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability throughout the organization. The QA Specialist is responsible for working with each department to establish quality regulations for 3DM products, services, and employees in the form of Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
The QA Specialist will also ensure adherence to quality controls in order to maintain company and Health Canada standards. He/she must ensure that our services and processes meet the needs of our clients, as well as develop plans to improve processes and service quality.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 + years of QA experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Establishing and implementing quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
- Maintaining and updating SOPs
- Conducting training for new employees
- Managing CAPAs and QA issues
- Coordinating audits and client interactions
- Overseeing supplier evaluations and compliance
- Participating in internal recall operations
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure their participation and adherence to 3DM SOPs.
