EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous lab or QA experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in a Quality Assurance role within the scientific research industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements or willing to lear
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to strictly enforce compliance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A dedication to continuous improvement and lifelong learnin

IN SOME CASES AN EQUIVALENCY, CONSISTING OF A COMBINATION OF APPROPRIATE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR DIRECTLY RELATED EXPERIENCE, WILL BE CONSIDERED SUFFICIENT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE.
