DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, we are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Officer. The role will focus on the management of all quality aspects with key accounts to monitor compliance as the first point of contact and communicate with the clients through various meetings.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring change controls for both formulations and packaging including finished Product Specifications and customer dedicated requirements are raised, processed, customer approved and authorised.
Logging customer complaints, subsequently assigning and/or completing investigations, ensuring they are closed and communicated to clients out in a timely manner.
Responsible for actioning the deviations for the batch sheets in production and ongoing share point management.
Working closely with the wider team to ensure new products are actioned appropriately and meet the customers’ expectations and timelines.
Working with the Quality, Customer Service and Production departments on packaging trials and OOS packing.
