The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced Paving - Quality Assurance Technician to join our Paving Team, based out of Mt Wellington- Auckland.
The QA role is responsibility for supporting the paving project by performing key quantitative tasks, ensuring all measurement and material usage onsite are on track and all quality assurance paperwork and data are documented on time with accuracy.

In addition to the above, you’ll:

• Ensure pre-job set up are completed by recording all hazards & controls, paving plans, area measurement, string, mix quantity calculations.
• Ensure onsite surfacing activities are recorded and quantities are documented (i.e. sealing, milling & paving).
• Ensure all site documents are collected at end of each job.
• Complete & submit job summaries

We’re looking for someone with:

• Minimum Class 1 Full licence
• WTR endorsement a bonus
• Must have QA experience within Civil/Construction or similar
• Knowledge on surfacing materials and activities is desirable
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level of physical fitness with ability to complete manual labour when required
