You will report to the Quality Manager, and work as part of a well-regarded, focused quality team. You will support the quality improvement and right-first-time agenda so that products are legally manufactured and compliant with customer specifications.

Here are your key duties & responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Technician at Refresco Bridgwater:

• Actively participate in the implementation of site quality improvement projects.
• Assisting in the investigation of consumer complaints determining root cause and corrective action necessary to prevent reoccurrences.
• Participating in the internal audit schedule demonstrating compliance with Company, Customer, and industry standards.
• Completing traceability exercises.
• Undertaking GMP and Hygiene audits to the required schedule.
• Completing operational quality control compliance audits, and reporting non-conformances.
