Salary: £37,661.64 per annum + site bonus scheme of up to £800 per annum
The Technician, Quality Assurance role is an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of Cathedral City Cheese and retailer high quality standards throughout the Nuneaton operation.
You will make contributions that matter by…
- Completing and documenting all the routine quality and food safety checks as required.
- Ensuring microbiological sampling and reporting is completed to schedule and sent for submission accurately.
- Making sure out of specification results or quality incidents are reported and escalated as required.
- Actively working to ensure compliance with BRC standards and retailers standards, ensuring an eye for detail.
- Working with the broader business team to support the implementation of best practice and key learnings to ensure optimum performance across the shift system.

- Prior experience work in Quality Assurance.
- The ability to work to your own initiative and are able to prioritise and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Certificates in Food Hygiene, HACCP & GMP.
- Good knowledge of food manufacturing.
