YOU MUST ALSO DEMONSTRATE:
We are looking for individuals who have prior experience within a food manufacturing environment and with a passion for quality. This role would suit a strong and effective communicator with excellent organisation and planning skills, as well as:
- Good understanding of food safety principles, and quality control methods and processes
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with good analytical abilities
- Ability to work within a team.
- Intermediate IT/Computer skills with prior SAP experience desirable

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fonterra and Regulatory Standards Health Safety & Wellbeing Food Safety & Product Quality (FSQ)Compliance with SOP’s
- Environmental swabbing with adherence to the Pathogen Management Program
- Water sampling and AMRA & ATP testing
- Sample collection for Milk, Cheese, Powder, Ricotta, Whey Liquids, Concentrate and by-products
- Clearing of incoming goods
- GMP and Glass and Hard Plastic auditing
- Completing down grade reports
- Product Clearance, allocation, and re-specification
- Retrieve results from BVAQ, SAP and distribute information
- Training needs Analysis and assessments
