YOU MUST ALSO DEMONSTRATE:

We are looking for individuals who have prior experience within a food manufacturing environment and with a passion for quality. This role would suit a strong and effective communicator with excellent organisation and planning skills, as well as:

  • Good understanding of food safety principles, and quality control methods and processes
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with good analytical abilities
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Intermediate IT/Computer skills with prior SAP experience desirable

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fonterra and Regulatory Standards Health Safety & Wellbeing Food Safety & Product Quality (FSQ)Compliance with SOP’s
  • Environmental swabbing with adherence to the Pathogen Management Program
  • Water sampling and AMRA & ATP testing
  • Sample collection for Milk, Cheese, Powder, Ricotta, Whey Liquids, Concentrate and by-products
  • Clearing of incoming goods
  • GMP and Glass and Hard Plastic auditing
  • Completing down grade reports
  • Product Clearance, allocation, and re-specification
  • Retrieve results from BVAQ, SAP and distribute information
  • Training needs Analysis and assessments
