Quality Assurance Working Student (m/f/d)

LOUDLY is a Berlin-based AI music tech company with a mission to become the #1 AI music generator in the world.
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Working Student who is available to contribute approximately 20 hours per week.
If you are passionate about AI software and want to help release amazing user experiences for creators around the world by testing fantastic new features, then this is the job for you!
You will work closely with a highly competent team and get to know all aspects of Quality Assurance. You’ll be an integral part of our products, helping our users have the best experience possible.

Tasks

• Manual QA testing of new product features on Web and Android/iOS
• Actively collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements. Especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
• Monitoring general product functionality to ensure customers are getting a great user experience
• Reporting issues and working with the team to resolve them.
• Writing comprehensive test reports
• Providing technical and general customer support via email in English (proficiency in English is a must)
• Various other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• You are an enrolled student in a degree program at a German university (Computer Science or a related field is a big plus)
• You are a EU citizen or your current visa allows you to work as a Working Student in Germany
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and can work in a logical and analytical manner
• You get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Available ASAP and for at least 9-12 months (more is a plus)
• You are available to work from our office in Charlottenburg two days per week.
