North Yorkshire Police is seeking a Customer Contact Quality Assurer to join our team. In this key role, you will help ensure our customer contact meets national standards, contributing to our mission of delivering an exceptional service to the public.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer contact through audio, video, and written records, ensuring adherence to national standards.
- Provide timely, factual feedback to improve staff development and customer service.
- Prepare detailed reports and contribute to legal proceedings if necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of NCRS, NSIR, and best practices, offering support and guidance to colleagues.
- Collaborate with various departments to support quality assurance reviews and prepare for HMICFRS inspections.
