Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper licensing and effective monitoring of Chubb sponsored agents and agencies;
- Perform and facilitate call calibrations and conduct enrollment sampling to ensure quality control of sales completed by third parties;
- Contribute to design and documentation of monitoring plans (when required) and controls to be implemented for programs with delegated authority;
- Support internal and external audit teams to test appropriate controls necessary to monitor compliance risks;
- Assist with the onboarding due diligence of the third parties to ensure compliance with Chubb’s standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal & Compliance, sales, underwriting, and operations, to identify potential compliance risks and suggest appropriate solutions;
- Investigate, research, and gather data to promote and track metrics to promote Fair Treatment of Customers principles throughout product lifecycle;
- Other tasks, as assigned.
- Completion of University degree (or equivalent work experience);
- Knowledge of Accident & Health insurance is an advantage;
- Familiarity with Canadian insurance regulatory environment, an asset;
- Fast-learner, highly organized, excellent time-management skills with a high degree of initiative in order to prioritize, multi-task, maintain flexibility, and ultimately meet and exceed deadlines;
- Proven computer savvy and experience performing analytical/quantitative activities in spreadsheet/database types of software applications with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Strong problem solving and aptitude for evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting information;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;High level of responsiveness and efficiency when working with internal and external stakeholders
