Additionally, you will need experience working in a manufacturing, quality or laboratory environment operating to a recognised quality system (e.g. ISO).

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The role of Quality Compliance Technician involves supporting API manufacturing projects by reviewing quality documents and day-to-day operations, including area clearances and data checks. Key responsibilities include conducting operational support activities, performing quality investigations, and ensuring effective CAPA actions. This role requires promoting compliance with Technical and Quality Agreements, reviewing and authorizing Operational Instructions, and conducting Quality Assurance checks on analytical data.
Additionally, the Quality Compliance Technician will participate in quality compliance activities and GMP improvement initiatives, write and update QA SOPs, and deliver training on quality topics to colleagues. The role also includes conducting QA walkthroughs, supporting external audits by customers and Regulatory Authorities, preparing Customer Requests for Information, and performing additional tasks as requested by the line manager. The technician will act as a trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific QA tasks and provide regular updates on progress and project statuses to the line manager and key stakeholders.
