Together we design production processes and manufacturing technologies, manage industrial processes from procurement to plant engineering and maintenance and are responsible for quality management systems for product and process quality.

• You track, analyze, and cluster Non-Conformance items (Non Conformities, Concessions): Issue filters Contour to track specific NCs and categorize the damages.
• You perform the Root Cause Analysis: Perform Gemba, Issue 5 Why, and Ishikawa as well as the Human Factor Checklist.
• You run and monitor the Non-Conformance Management processes and Feedback Loops: PPS (8D report / 9S), Event Management, Customer Protection Board (CPB) and Design Query Note (DQN).
• You issue Quality Standard Operating Instructions (Q-SOI) to support inspections.
• You assess process adherence in the shopfloor.You deploy Quality Improvement in the shopfloor: Quality Flash Alert, Single Point Lesson, Awareness sessions.
