The Quality Control Analyst will collaborate with the Quality team to create and uphold comprehensive organizational processes and procedures. Key duties involve establishing and managing quality control measures for critical operations, identifying and addressing process issues through root cause analysis, and participating in broader Quality improvement projects.
Required Skills
PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify and complete tickets which ensure accurate access and policy configurations within the operational system.
- Conduct root cause analyses based on data analysis.
- Oversee process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process maps and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Internal Audit teams to enhance overall Quality Program effectiveness.
- Assess client data quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through robust quality control measures.
- Other duties as assigned.
