Quality Control/ Assurance Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Snr. Executive or Asst. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO and AS certifications, as well as a proven track record in quality control management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with ISO and AS certifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and maintain a culture of quality excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.); advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on ISO and AS certifications.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9120 Standards, with the ability to interpret and implement their requirements effectively.
• Proven experience in managing quality control teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• For candidate with extensive experiences will be considered for Asst.Manager/ Managerial role.

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems based on ISO and AS standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day quality control operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality outcomes to quality control inspectors and technicians
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to establish and enforce quality standards at all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans, including sampling techniques, testing methodologies, and documentation procedures.
• Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance and identify trends, presenting findings to management and suggesting improvement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ISO and AS certifications, as well as industry best practices, and incorporate them into the quality management system.
• Assist in the preparation of audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.
