Description:
The Quality Control/Compliance Officer responsibilities will be to monitor and ensure procedures regarding mortgage loans are being met according to company guidelines and policies. Determines non-compliant operations and documents details. Maintains origination standards to ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and underwriting guidelines. Provides management with reports and recommends improvements. Additional responsibilities will include various duties relating to the pre-closing auditing, post-closing audits, reporting and monitoring of selected loan files. The best candidate will exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, provide customer service to our internal and external members, and focus on loan quality and compliance.
