Quality Control & Compliance SpecialistJob Overview: The Quality Control and Compliance Specialist will implement and maintain high-quality standards across the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The role focuses on obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), and ISO 20000 (IT Service Management). This position will collaborate across departments, lead quality assurance efforts, and ensure compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities: 1. ISO Certification & Quality Management:
- Lead the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000, ensuring compliance with these standards across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact with certification bodies and external auditors, facilitating audits, inspections, and assessments.
- Draft and update quality policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
