Industra is a multi-disciplined, self-perform General Contractor actively seeking individuals that wish to advance within our organization and feel as though their contributions directly effect the growth and direction of the company.
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. This individual will have a minimum 3 years experience and will be well versed in heavy civil and structural construction disciplines. Experience with structures (buildings) and process mechanical will provide added value.
Only experienced construction professionals will be considered for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in the field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Coordinator in the construction industry, with a focus on water infrastructure projects.
• Completion of post-secondary education in a related field (diploma, degree, or trade certification).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a track record of effectively resolving quality issues.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: From $85,000.00 per year

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout all construction phases.
• Perform thorough inspections and audits of key civil works, including foundations, concrete, utilities, duct banks, and more.
• Ensure compliance with Master Municipal Construction Documents (MMCD), Design-Build Standard Specifications (DBSS), project specifications, drawings, and agreements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and meet project objectives.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance team knowledge on quality control processes, industry best practices, and standards.
