Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Silent-Aire Europe seeks a Quality Control Inspector who can check, document and troubleshoot to ensure our products meet the high production standards required by ourselves and our customers. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an ability to discuss and influence inspection results with those responsible for product manufacture. An ability to devise and develop new inspection check sheets for new designs will be essential. We are looking for a methodical and highly organised person with a very keen eye for detail and a result driven approach. The candidate should also be proficient with MS Office. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement checks; communicating required adjustments or rework to production supervisor.
  • Generating iAuditor Inspection reports and working with the production team to close out open items in a timely manner.
  • Creating quality check sheets and standards for new products.
  • Team working, mentoring and liaising with the production, electrical, plumbing & stores teams to ensure all works are completed to our Clients standard.
  • Working with the engineering and production team to implement more efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Engage and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Role modelling and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Accomplishes quality management system and organisation mission by completing related tasks as needed.
