PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Quality Control Analyst to join our Operations team in Little Island on a permanent basis.

This role is based in our ingredients plant in Little Island and is a critical component to our manufacturing network. Operations is at the centre of everything we do, this is where our food and beverages come to life and is the start of the journey to getting our product in the hands of our consumers. That is why we need dedicated individuals who share our commitment to the fundamentals of our business in safety, quality, service and efficiency

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the analytical testing of incoming raw materials, in-process samples and finished products in compliance with a product specification. All activities are conducted in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice and safety requirements, while ensuring a positive team environment and a focus on continuous improvement. This role will work on a 24/5 shift pattern.

Responsibilities:
- Comply with Confidentiality Policy
- Ensure the accurate and timely analysis and disposition of products in accordance with PepsiCo standards and procedures.
- Registering and preparing QC (quality control) samples in the laboratory management systems accurately.
- Meticulous attention to sample data entry and preparation.
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution and communication of same.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
- Maintain all relevant records and samples in an organised system for quick and effective access to information with a particular focus on traceability.
- Adhere to safe lab practices and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
