Essentials : Trades background with certification, 5+ years in a similar role, experience in large-scale residential construction, strong knowledge of building regulations, full driver’s license and a willingness to travel nationwide.
Location : Nationwide Sites
Salary : Up to €65,000

Our client, a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality homes, is seeking a Quality Control Site Supervisor to oversee compliance and quality standards across multiple live residential sites.
The role involves conducting daily site inspections to ensure BCAR compliance, identifying defects, managing non-conformance investigations, and ensuring quality procedures are documented and implemented effectively. Working closely with site teams and mentor employees is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and will ensure all regulatory and legal obligations are met, with a focus on quality systems and customer satisfaction.
