Your Role: Step into a dynamic role within our QMT commercial division, where you’ll lead technical support for our Quality Control software platforms. Your mission: configure, implement, and manage data for our state-of-the-art QC software, ensuring our customers get the best possible results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Expert: Lead technical support and application training for our IAMQC™ Software, directly at customer sites.
  • Educate and Empower: Train and support business partners, helping them excel in commercial activities.
  • Solve and Shine: Troubleshoot issues and showcase the value of our software to potential customers.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with our Informatics development team to ensure our software meets market needs.
  • Travel and Engage: Enjoy traveling across the EMEA region, implementing and supporting our software, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a B.Sc. in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in the IVD industry, with a strong background in technology development and deployment. Or have worked closely with Middleware / LIS / QC software as a Lab Technician in a clinical laboratory
  • You’re tech-savvy, with skills in Windows OS, Networking, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, C#, and Java.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can thrive under pressure.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver with strong leadership and people skills.
  • You’re ideally, fluent in Spanish and flexible with travel.
