We are currently seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team!
The Job description/ requirements would be:
1. Reading and understanding engineering drawings
2. Analyzing critical to quality dimensional or functional parameters
3. Inspection of parts using various metrological equipment such as Vernier calipers, height gauge, micrometer, go/ no go gauges, multimeters and spectrometers etc. and its calibration.
4. Making reports of inspection, First Article Inspection, non-conformance, rework and sample evaluation
5. Logging and archiving all quality related reports
6. Analysis of external test reports and data
7. Decision making on acceptance of parts and products
8. Containment of all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
9. Inter departmental coordination/communication for proper disposition of non-conformances
10. Participating in continuous improvement process
11. Follow Company Quality Operating procedures
12. Reporting of various defects or variances on manufacturing process
13. Attention to detail on visual checks to make sure all parts and products meet aesthetic quality standards
14. Trouble shooting and root cause analysis on failed/ returned goods
15. Assisting in external quality audits
