• Interpret, implement, and comply with Bristile Roofing’s quality standards.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily quality tests, including tests on raw materials and product performance.
• Assist the production team with quality testing of semi-finished products during production.
• Support the maintenance team in conducting critical tooling and machine quality checks.
• Manage the on-site quality database, perform data analysis, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address quality issues as they arise.
• Aid the Quality Manager in assessing and investigating customer complaints.
• Participate in product and production development and improvement processes.
• Coordinate monthly internal quality audits.
• Foster quality awareness throughout the site.
• Assist in implementing site quality plans with defined objectives and timelines.
