TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required

• Bachelor’s (minimum) in Fermentation Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology or other relevant discipline with 1-3 years related experience, preferably in a laboratory setting
• Good skills in a variety of common laboratory techniques, particularly in handling microbiological material (!)
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English

An asset

• A broad range of knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g. HPLC, GC)
• Experience in fermentation technologies e.g. in the brewing and distilling industries
