Do you have a contagious passion for “Continuous Quality Improvement”? Our search for a quality guru is on and here’s your chance to join our team. Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the Critical Care Complex (CCC), the Quality Coordinator will have a key role in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality improvement programs in the CCC.
You will provide leadership and expert advice as a system wide improvement resource, offering specific service improvement advice to staff within the CCC. You will act as a change agent in cutting edge situations to promote service changes that increase performance and quality, and improve patient outcomes.
Essential:
- Clinical qualification and experience with proven understanding of quality
- Current annual practicing certificate
- 5 years experience in acute care and / or Quality Improvement , including relevant experience of the clinical service environment
- A passion for audit, research and quality patient care
Desired:
- Registered Nurse or clinical professional with a background in Acute Care
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
