How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Coordinator based at our Allansford production site. Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving the quality and food safety performance to ensure business, customer and regulatory requirements are met.

Key elements of your role will include:

• Analysing and maintaining quality data to support quality systems and ensuring any non-conformances are identified and escalated
• Providing guidance, instruction and support to the manufacturing teams to achieve customer specific quality standards
• Participating in quality incident investigations
• Participating in quality audits (internal/external) and report on outcomes
• Providing technical expertise and promoting continuous improvements on quality processes
• Participating in product development trials and specification reviews for new and existing products

About you

• Completion of a Diploma in Food Science and Technology or Certificate IV in Quality management (or similar) preferable
• Prior experience in a quality based role within the food manufacturing industry (or similar)
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong ability to prioritise and work effectively to meet deadlines
• Comfortable using software applications including MS Office suite
