REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education degree
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or quality assurance is an advantage
  • Precise, reliable work performance, good organizational skills
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (proficient in MS Office programs)
  • High-level proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Quality Assurance Director’s work
  • Preparation, management, and tracking of documentation (e.g. minutes, reports, SOPs)
  • Data collection, organization, and report generation for quality indicators
  • Communication with other departments and external partners
  • Handling administrative tasks related to authorities and other partners
  • Supporting the organization and execution of internal and external audits
