REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education degree
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or quality assurance is an advantage
- Precise, reliable work performance, good organizational skills
- Strong administrative and computer skills (proficient in MS Office programs)
- High-level proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the Quality Assurance Director’s work
- Preparation, management, and tracking of documentation (e.g. minutes, reports, SOPs)
- Data collection, organization, and report generation for quality indicators
- Communication with other departments and external partners
- Handling administrative tasks related to authorities and other partners
- Supporting the organization and execution of internal and external audits
