JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical/material/chemical).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor production environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to high level of quality and customer satisfaction
• Experience in Calibration, MSA, SPC, FDC or other quality system is preferred
• Understand Quality core tools – Calibration, MSA, SPC and ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is preferred
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with ability to work cross functionally

• Driver for process statistical control [FDC (Fault Detection Control) and SPC (Statistical Process Control)]
• Using statistical software to perform data analysis and ensure data accuracy
• Facilitator for Calibration and MSA system and support operation related matters
• Ensuring Calibration and MSA are performed and comply to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Perform periodic audits in ensuring compliance and traceability
• Establish Calibration, MSA, SPC, FDC guidelines and harmonized against Corporate protocol
• Support internal and external audits on related topics
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. quality, yield, engineering, operation, etc.)
• Support ad-hoc audit and project when assigned
