Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our team located in San Antonio, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
• Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
• More than 1 year of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
• More than 1 year of experience in running/interpreting company data analytics such as Integrated Business Intelligence (IBI) and Tableau reports
• More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3 or more years of experience in related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment
• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
• Master’s Degree or higher in Informational Data Analytics or similar
