• Develop quality control processes, specifications, standards, and records based on the company’s quality policies and guidelines to provide standard references for quality management.
• Participate in the formulation of the company’s quality management standards and lead the development and optimization of cross-departmental quality control processes.
• Manage the entire quality process for product and material design, trial production verification, NPI (New Product Introduction), and mass production, including quality planning and control.
• Develop and implement quality management for product and raw material reliability, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and safety regulation testing.
• Lead quality improvement projects for the assigned product lines and address market issues to ensure quality targets are met.
• Take full responsibility for the entire production quality management process in the assigned country or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) factory, ensuring the achievement of quality objectives and results.
