Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Aerospace / Engineering related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of aviation experiences working in a Part 145 MRO with 1 year in Quality related role.
  • Have an understanding in air legislations like CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC.
  • Applicants who have attained ISO9001/ AS9110 internal auditor trainings and knowledge in internal / supplier audits have added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in investigation and Root Cause Analysis processes
  • Good team-player, able to communicate well and work with other functions and able to drive process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and monitor the full compliance with all applicable Quality Management System as a certificated Repair Station for various regulatory agencies
  • Support Regulatory, Customer and Supplier audits
  • Review and update manuals, procedures, forms and other documents to maintain the Quality Management System
  • Handle all calibration matters for equipment and test rigs. Coordinate with operations for retrieval and scheduling of calibration items and monitor on-time return from calibration providers.
  • Maintain and archive maintenance records, quality documents in accordance with retention policy
  • Maintain internal and external audits plans and ensure on time completion to schedule
  • Manage Suppliers approvals, ensure supplier renewals and audits are carried out.
  • Perform internal and external quality audits in accordance with established procedures and follow-up to ensure effective and timely closure of corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct internal investigations into quality escapes and non-conformances with the relevant department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct Airworthiness Regulatory and Human Factors training for all employees as required
  • Monitor and track employee training and stamp approval records. Facilitate issue retrieval of approval cards. Maintain training records and monitor currency and competency.
  • Carry out Airworthiness Directives and Technical Publication review.
  • Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and new capability introduction
  • Establish and manage all MRO key processes, able to write procedures, work instructions and forms.
  • Liaise with training lead to establish an effective training and qualification system to track training records and authorisations
  • Actively involve in Continuous Improvement (CI) events and contributing to improvements in work processes and quality
  • Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations.
  • Comply with all EHS requirements
